THIS IS A PARTNER EVENT WITH THE CITADEL
The public is invited to attend The Citadel’s third annual national security conference, brought to you by the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. This year our focus will be on Latin America.
Led by the departments of Political Science and Intelligence & Security Studies, they will bring together the academic, government, and private sector communities to discuss emerging technologies & artificial intelligence, Venezuela, Cuba, China, international drug trafficking, and immigration. Keynote speakers and panelists will examine these topics from several perspectives, including intelligence, AI, diplomacy, military, economic, and law enforcement.
The event takes place in Capers Auditorium on The Citadel campus and will kick off with heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks on September 30 at 5:00 PM.

The speaker program will run October 1 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. The conference concludes on October 2 with sessions from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
General registration is $25. Citadel faculty, staff, and students attend free. Students from other institutions are also welcome to attend for free.
